Water's Edge Virtual Tours is the premier provider of real estate and architectural photography in Northeast, Florida. Headquartered in Fleming Island, owner and lead photographer Rich Blann brings an attention to detail and technical knowledge, fostered by 30+ years as an electrical engineer, to his work.  Richard has taken his passion for photography and love of patterns, shapes, and lines in architecture into a real estate photography business that has developed a reputation for attention to detail and excellent customer service. Add to that a love of beauty and an eye for a property’s best features, and the end result is professional and flattering.

“My goal is to make the online virtual tour experience – a pairing of my photography and Real Tour Vision’s software – so interesting and revealing that it invites perspective buyers to contact the agent to tour the home in person. I take photos at average viewing level, as well as elevated shots and video that show the property from a unique perspective and include surrounding features such as waterfront, golf courses, and neighborhoods. I want to draw viewers in and showcase homes with the same pride that the seller feels toward his property.”

Rich also uses his passion and skills to advertise and showcase commercial businesses such as hotels, rental properties, medical offices, and specialty shops. In addition, he has documented before and after images of remodeling, construction, and restoration projects.
